A few years ago, my wife spilled a half glass of red wine on a light carpet, at our vacation home. I tried everything to get the stain out, including our power carpet cleaner. The stain got lighter but was still very visible. I came back a month later with this wine remover. I wasn't optimistic, because the stain had now set for a month. Well with a few applications and some warm water, the stain was gone. I've since steam cleaned the carpet, and there is no residue of any stain! I've also had a few small wine mishaps on clothing, and it removed those stains. Also, great citrus smell. As a regular wine drinker, I wouldn't be without it.If I hadn’t seen this stuff work with my own eyes on my favorite white T shirt, I would not have believed that it REALLY does make a red wine stain disappear. It was applied within a couple minutes of spilling red wine on myself (I was playing catch with two very well behaved dogs with a full glass of wine in my hand). The product was sprayed into my shirt while I wearing it, and within 2 minutes the stain disappeared. I washed the shirt the next day and they was no residual stain. So, I bought two containers of this stuff on Amazon.This product will remove anything. Fantastic on red wine, but other stains as well. Couldn’t live without it.This is a wonderful product!!! I got some nasty stains on my one of my new dining room chairs. This took out the stain completely and the smell is great.This comes in handy for those little red wine spill accidents. Really works!Spilled red wine? No fear! Could be the entire bottle, and this stuff literally erases the red from your white couches and carpets (I swear). And it smells great! I use it for any and all stains not just wine !I tried it on a tablecloth and also a carpet, and it doesn't work.Never had to return anything to Amazon, and when I wanted to return this, it says "This item isn't eligible for return".That explains everything - this company/seller does not back-up their products.Luckily Amazon customer service helped out over the phone, and I got a full refund.
